Touchwood Aviation has the expertise and immense experience in the field of Ground Handling Services at any level desired by the operator. Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has granted ‘Security Clearance’ to the company to provide ground handling services from any airport in India.

Air Deccan

The company commenced civil aviation related activities by leasing out the entire ramp vehicles to Air Deccan at IGI airport in Delhi when they started their scheduled air operations in August 2004. Since June 2005, the company provided comprehensive ground handling services to Air Deccan at Gwalior airport for their flights to and fro Delhi and Indore till Jun 2008.

GO Air

Touchwood provided comprehensive ramp handling services to GO Air at IGI Airport, Delhi since 01 April 2006, the day they started their scheduled operations to and fro Delhi till Oct 2007. Touchwood had over 100 personnel deployed at the airport to provide professional ramp services to GO Air flights.

Non Scheduled Air Transport Operations

Civil Aviation Ministry has granted No Objection Certificate to the company on 31 August 2006 to commence Non Scheduled Air Transport operations. The company has already started negotiations to initially get one Bell 206 B4 helicopter, which is expected to arrive by mid August 2009. Touchwood is looking at further options to get one multi engine helicopter, preferably Bell 230 and one Citation Jet aero plane.
